• CHAPTER I

• 2 - Users are people who voluntarily undertake the act of registration on the site PodiumFoto.com

• 9 - The works exhibited in PodiumFoto.com solely reflect the personal taste of the group of screeners (users) once approved by our curators because of their status as experts in the field of photography. This avoids the votes for and matching groups of friends
• 10 - Each user has an obligation to ensure the proper environment in PodiumFoto.com comply with the rules of good conduct towards other users, screeners, trustees and administration and accept these Rules of Use set by management
• 11 - are not allowed claims, controversies, slurs, insults, or content that may affect the tranquility of others

(The author can set their preferences, not to allow the sharing of your images on partner sites and social networks).

• 18 - Any other use of works not specified in these rules, will always result a written agreement with the perpetrator;

• CHAPTER II (Prohibitions)
• 20 - No user can:

• 27 - Not responsible for any loss of data, temporary or permanent, or damage, presumably from this service
• 28 - Not responsible for photographs and comments entered into the site, these being the sole and exclusive liability, civil and criminal, of whom entered
• 29 - Registration and IP address of users will be saved and presented to the judicial authorities in case of violation of law;
• 30 - Has the right to cancel the registration of any user, remove comments or photographs that may have interpretations that are contrary to legal norms in force or rules of use of the site
• 31 - The comments to photos of other users will never be removed by the author in this case leave PodiumFoto.com, except in the case of permanent removal of the account by the perpetrator or the administration
